The terms & conditions set out here govern the stay, booking, and terms of availing the services of Samsara-- The Resort & Club, Corbett.

ROOM BLOCKING

  1. A mere quotation, or sharing of the rate card doesn’t warranty availability of the rooms, or blocking of the rooms.
  2. Rooms shall be blocked on your written confirmation, & advance payment as per the terms mentioned.

PRICES

  1. The prices mentioned, or quoted may be subject to revision with change in travel details.

POLICY

  1. Resort policies, rules & regulations apply.
  2. Resort cannot be held responsible for any mishap / damage / injury / loss of life during any outdoor adventure / safari / activity or during transit before check in or after check out.

JUNGLE SAFARI BOOKINGS

  1. Jungle Safari bookings are subject to prior availability, suitable weather conditions and approval from the Forest Reserve Department.
  2. All Jungle Safari bookings are on 100% advance payment terms.
  3. For booking safari’s we would require Name, Age, Gender, Scanned Copy of Photo ID-Proof issued by the Govt. Authorities of all the passengers. Remember to carry the Photo ID-Proof in original for availing the booked safari.
  4. No refund for safari once booked.

PAYMENT TERMS: 100% advance payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. Any & all cancellations shall be entertained through written communication to official email ids only.
  2. All cancellations shall levy the following cancellation charges:
    • 0% of the total package cost shall be charged, if cancelled 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
    • 25% of the total package cost shall be charged, if cancelled 20 days in advance of the check-in date.
    • 50% of the total package cost shall be charged, if cancelled 15 days in advance of the check-in date.
    • 100% of the total package cost shall be charged, if cancelled within 15 days of the check-in date.
  3. Thus our duty of confidentiality applies except where disclosure of your personal information is a) compelled by law, b) in the public interest, or c) on your consent.

NO SHOW POLICY

We will refund 0%, and 100% of the total package shall be charged, in case of No-Show, i.e. the guest does not show-up at the time of check-in. The reservation prepayment will be forfeited as we held your room for you the entire night waiting for you, which we could have otherwise sold to another guest.
